¼ cup butter
¼ cup flour
2 cups whole milk
2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 to 2 Tbsp Buckwee’s Magnificent Mustard
Pinch of salt and pepper
Assorted dippers such as soft pretzels, chips, veggie dippers, etc.
In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and stir 2 to 3 minutes. Slowly add the milk, whisking constantly, until mixture is thick and bubbly. Whisk in cheese until smooth. Add mustard, salt, and pepper. Serve warm with assorted dippers.
