12 hard cooked eggs
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Buckwee’s Magnificent Mustard
1 tbsp finely chopped pickles + 2 tsp pickle juice
1 tsp sugar
Pinch of salt and pepper
Paprika, chives, fried onions, and/or crumbled bacon (optional)
Halve egg lengthwise and carefully separate yolks and whites. Transfer all the yolks into a medium bowl and slightly mash with a fork. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, pickles, pickle juice, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mash until combined and divide between egg white halves. Garnish as desired.
